District Commitments

Participation in TAS requires commitment from the district in the following ways:

Participation by the special education director in trainings, implementation, teacher observations, and coaching visits.

Support and allow the team members release time as necessary for participation in the training, observations, and coaching.

Support innovation and systemic changes to further the TAS mindset and practices.

Provide data as needed to further the grant work or complete the annual report, including but not limited to postsecondary surveys, graduation rate, and course enrollment numbers.

Note: Individual student data will not be reported but may be used to inform the work.

Ensure the mini-grant funding is processed through ePlan but funded according to the TAS expectations and agreements.
